With the Forum's focus on the collective use of shareholder rights and on social responsibility and governance, it has taken a close interest in the work of the Company Law Review and is supportive of new legislation on the issues raised by the Review. We base our comments on issues where we have particular experience as practitioners within the current legal framework.
