LAPFF is pleased to present its Q4 2025 Quarterly Engagement Report (QER), covering engagements from October to December 2025.
Highlights include:
- Climate transition plan letters, with follow-up engagements linked to LAPFF’s ‘Say on Climate’ initiative and dialogue with FTSE100 companies.
- Steel, assessing the credibility and scalability of low- and no-carbon steel pathways.
- Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (CAHRAs), including engagement with companies operating in, or linked to, heightened risk contexts, and a LAPFF voting alert at Microsoft.
- Employment Rights Act (ERA) 2025, outlining the implications of forthcoming UK employment law reforms (including zero-hours contracts, predictability of work, and union rights), and insights from LAPFF’s engagements with companies in sectors most exposed to the changes.
